Windows 10 is now end of life!
Support for Windows 10 ended in
October 2025
Windows 10, along with Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 are now end of life and so Microsoft won't be providing any more updates or security patches.
If you still have one of these versions, your computer will still work, but it's very likely to become vulnerable to security threats and software issues.
What are my options?
In October 2021 Microsoft launched Windows 11 - faster and more secure than it's predecessor. This was offered as a free upgrade to existing Windows 10 users. However, to improve security Windows 11 does have a stricter hardware requirement meaning that it cannot be installed on some older computers.
Storm IT can audit your existing hardware and software and provide you with solutions to smoothly move your business to Windows 11.
